We work with you to design and create your dream space. We create 3D renders to help you see your space before starting the renovation process.
The process
Site visit and design consult
We come to your place and can walk us through your space and any particular design elements you wish to include. We discuss top level ideas with you ensuring that we understand your vision, budget and timeline. You can share any images of inspiration along with any existing architectural drawings or floor plans you have. At this point a 50% deposit is made.
Initial mood board & concepts
We will then send you a top-line mood board with rough concepts and materials to ensure we have understood the brief. This includes 1 round of changes, any further changes will incur an additional fee. Once the mood board is agreed upon, the final instalment is paid.
Site visit to measure up
We come round to take photos and measure up the site. These measurements will always have a slight variation, but are used as a guide to ensure we closely replicate your final design to its correct scale and dimensions.
3D Designs are drawn up
We design and create your project vision including:
Detailed and scaled, fully rendered imagery of the space
A digital fly-through (animated video) of the space
2D layout of the external space populated with dimensions and placement of elements
A comprehensive mood board explaining all aspects of the area, this information will explain the materials used, plant types, and styling.
Designs delievered
Once the design and render is complete, they are digitally delivered to you. This includes 1 round of changes, any further changes will incur an additional fee.
